composer info 看下版本，是不是用了有問題的composer鏡像，尤其是阿里云composer鏡像

這個問題是因為這個命令取消了，一開始確實是用 phar:pack ，后來 @walkor 大佬添加了 build:bin 這個命令，為了統(tǒng)一命令風格就把 phar:pack 重命名成了 build:phar ，當時保留了 phar:pack 別名命令，只是前段時間提交了 bug 修復，就順便把 phar:pack 這個別名命令取消了。
